Shipping or Air Freight Schedule

If you have a general idea of the items you plan to purchase and possess a guarantee letter issued by your moving company, please scan and send it to us.
(Please ensure that the letter includes your destination address and name written in Roman characters.)
Steps for Using Relocation Tax Exemption

We are happy to assist you with your inquiries via email or Zoom.

For special order items, please inform us before the deadline. Note that late inquiries close to the deadline may not allow enough time to complete the process. Contacting us in advance ensures we can deliver your items without delay.

If you would like to reserve an in-stock item, please let us know. We will arrange the reservation or special order accordingly.

Once all ordered items have arrived, we will notify you.

Payments should be made via bank transfer.

We will arrange a date for you to collect your items from the Peripiccoli Salon in Waterloo. Shipping is also available for non-fragile items; please let us know if this option is preferred.

For relocation tax exemption, provide your moving company with the items and the tax exemption receipt issued by us to complete the process.
