Since 2009, we have been offering a selection of handpicked items in Belgium.

How to order

  1. View the Product List Page

  2. Please note that we do not have an online shopping cart. Orders can be placed using the order forms available on each product page.

  3. We will respond via email with details about the payment process, delivery options, and (for those opting for shipping) shipping costs.

  4. Once the payment is received (via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise), we will proceed with ordering the items, reserving in-stock products, or arranging for shipping.

Others

  • Delivery Times

  • We ship orders on Wednesdays or Saturdays.

  • For in-stock items, shipping is available a few days after payment confirmation.

  • For special-order items, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Please order well in advance for gifts. Special orders may take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

  • Gift Wrapping

  • We aim to use minimal packaging and do not provide gift wrapping. Thank you for your understanding.

  • For Lapuan Kankurit items, we offer Lapuan Kankurit-branded paper bags. If you require multiple bags for souvenirs, these can be purchased—please contact us for details.

  • View Products in Person

  • If you wish to see the products before purchasing, please visit us during one of our tea gatherings or open salon events. Check the schedule here.

Delivery Methods

  • For Customers in Belgium: In-Person Collection: We encourage you to visit us to collect your order. Appointments can be arranged individually, including weekends. Orders can also be collected on Thursdays in Stockel.

  • Please bring your own shopping bag as we aim for minimal packaging.

  • For Customers in distant areas of Belgium or living outside Belgium: Shipping via Belgian Post is available.

  • For Orders from Belgium to EU Countries or Non-EU countries: Shipping is possible in most cases. However, some items cannot be shipped to Japan. Please contact us for details.
